This notice explains how OnCallsheet Media Tech Pvt. Ltd. handles information submitted through the OnCallsheet priority waitlist and referral programme.
1. Information we collect
Name, email address, mobile number, city, professional role or organisation, experience, portfolio or website link, stated interests, consent choices, referral code, referring code and campaign source. If you allow analytics, we also collect limited website-usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, traffic source and interactions.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to operate the waitlist, contact you about early access, understand the screen-economy community, prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations, administer referral rewards and, only when you opt in, send occasional product and launch updates.
3. Consent and choice
Joining the waitlist is voluntary. The waitlist consent is required to process your registration. Product news is optional and has a separate choice. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing us.
4. Referrals
Your personal referral code identifies registrations made through your link. We do not show a referred person your name or contact details. Rewards are calculated only from valid, completed registrations under the referral terms.
5. Sharing and storage
We do not sell your personal information. We may use hosting, database, security, analytics and communications providers that process information for us under appropriate safeguards. These providers may process data in India or other jurisdictions permitted by applicable law.
6. Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics only after you select “Allow analytics”. Google Analytics may set cookies and process limited usage information to help us understand website traffic, sources and interactions. We do not send your waitlist name, email address, mobile number or portfolio details to Google Analytics. 7. Retention
We retain waitlist information while the programme is active and ordinarily for no longer than 24 months after your last meaningful interaction, unless you join the platform, request earlier deletion, or a longer period is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if an incident affects you, we will respond and notify as required by applicable law.
9. Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Age
The current waitlist is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect waitlist registrations directly from children.
